We use this information to provide quotes, arrange and deliver services, contact you about bookings, operate the referral program, prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards, keep business records, improve our website and comply with applicable Australian law.

We use Cloudflare to host the website, store booking and referral records, and provide privacy-focused website analytics. We use Resend to deliver booking notification emails. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Booking and referral records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and access to owner tools is password protected. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed to operate the business.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for bookings, referral administration, dispute prevention, legal obligations and business records, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
