Referral terms

When an eligible new customer books with a valid referral code and their first paid service is completed, the referrer and referred customer each receive a 15% discount reward for a future eligible service.

• The referrer must have a valid personal Clean n Shine referral code.
• The referred customer must be new to Clean n Shine and must use the code when requesting their first service.
• The referred booking must be completed and paid before rewards are issued.
• Referral eligibility may be checked using vehicle plate, phone number, email address and prior booking records.

• Each reward expires 90 days after it is issued.
• Only one referral reward may be applied to a booking.
• Customers may earn multiple rewards, which remain separate.
• A reward applies to the agreed service price and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with another referral reward.
• A cancelled booking does not consume an otherwise valid reward.

A plate match alone does not permanently prevent a new vehicle owner from participating. Where a plate or contact detail is linked to another customer, the referral may be paused for manual review. We may request reasonable evidence of an ownership change before approving the referral.

Self-referrals, duplicate identities, false contact details, manipulated vehicle records, cancelled or unpaid jobs, and other attempts to obtain rewards improperly are not eligible. We may hold, reject or cancel a referral or reward where records conflict or there is reasonable evidence of misuse.

Services remain subject to availability, service area and an agreed custom quote. We may change or end the referral program for future referrals. Rewards already validly issued will be honoured until their stated expiry unless obtained through misuse or prohibited by law.
